Melanie joined us in early 2024 after working in our legal recruitment business. She supports 100 Bricks with social media, workflow systems, and day-to-day operations — liaising with our extended power team and keeping everything running behind the scenes.
Jared Hynon-Anderson Founder & Director
A former painter, decorator, and handyman turned full-time property entrepreneur. Jared has carried out and overseen dozens of refurbishments, undertaken extensive mentorship and training, and now leads all sourcing, finance, and business growth at 100 Bricks.
Chanel Parker Operations & Admin
With a background in legal administration and recruitment, Chanel brings a structured, reliable presence to the business. She handles communication, scheduling, admin, and helps manage daily operations with efficiency and care.
